Eco silver is made of recycled sterling silver. Investing in recycled metals may cost more but it most cases it is an increasingly readily available option for jewellery designs within the trade. In choosing recycled metals, we bypass the exploitation of land, resources, wildlife and people.

 

Lunaflux works on a small scale, making precious metal pieces that are made to order, which ultimately take longer to produce. The very nature of designing and making artisan jewellery makes for a process that is slow by nature. Materials are ordered, in some cases can only be ordered in batches which can involve a longer wait time. Services like casting are outsourced, jewellery is made, silver items over 7.8g are to the Assay Office to be hallmarked. This all takes time to achieve a final piece and is the antithesis to the consumerist methods that we may have been accustomed to when ordering jewellery and with which Lunaflux stands against.

 

All jewellery is dispatched as soon as possible. This can vary from same day to 8 weeks, depending on the type of order. Please reference each listing or 'Policies' section to discover the lead time items. All ready to ship items are posted within 3-5 working days and can be dispatched sooner (on request only). Postage and packaging is recyclable/recycled/biodegradable and every order is sent in a petite, soft, reusable organic cotton pouch. Supporting Organic farming is vital to maintaining un tampered natural environments and biodiversity.
